BIST is offering two in-person courses about Python, one for basic users and one for more advanced ones. Both courses are in-person, divided in three sessions each, mandatory all of them, and will be held at ICFO.
For the basic course the dates are:
15th November 2022 – 10:00-13:00
17th November 2022 – 10:00-13:00
18th November 2022 – 11:00-14:00
For the advanced course the dates are:
24th November 2022 – 10:00-13:00
25th November 2022 – 10:00-13:00
30th November 2022 – 10:00-13:00
Place: ICFO - SMR (Mediterranean Technology Park Av. Carl Friedrich Gauss, 3, 08860 Castelldefels)
The tuition price is 200€ for BIST Community members. This will be covered by the IRB group.
Registration: please send an email to phd@irbbarcelona.org. Deadline for registration is 8 November 2022. There are limited places, a confirmation email will be sent to the participants.
If you are registered to participate and finally cannot attend, please send an e-mail to phd@irbbarcelona.org in order to give others the opportunity.

- Introduction to Mito: Excel-like data processing

- Image processing with skimage
