Jordi Casanova, developmental biologist at IRB Barcelona and CSIC professor, is one of the scientists Daniel Mediavilla consults on the question of whether science should or should not be involved in the debate about abortion. To invoke science in order to regulate abortion is a clear example of this," he concludes.
