ABC Spanish newspaper publishes the news about the conference on genomics organized by IRB Barcelona and the BBVA Foundation. The Spanish newspaper quotes some explanations about the human genome given by scientists Michael Snyder, from Yale University, and Thomas Gingeras, from Cold Spring Harbor, invited at the conference.

"The DNA Proteome", the ninth meeting of the Barcelona BioMed series, has been coorganized by Herbert Auer, manager of the Functional Genomics Core Facility at IRB Barcelona.
