BMC has published an article about the "Cancer Genome Interpreter" (CGI), an open platform designed to support the identification of tumour alterations that drive the disease and detect those that may be therapeutically actionable. Núria López-Bigas, leader of the Biomedical Genomics Laboratory at IRB Barcelona, is part of this initiative.
