Sarah Sherwood, head of Communications and External Relations at IRB Barcelona, and Luca Tancredi Barone, Communications Content Manager, were invited by English Radio host Virgil Simons on RKB to talk about the IRB Barcelona Open Day, to be held on Saturday 13 May, from 10:00 to 15:00. With the aim to satisfy scientific curiosity and bring the work of scientists closer to the general public, the Institute will be hosting around 400 visitors of all ages in its forthcoming Open Day.
During the interview they also talk about the Institute’s public engagement activities aimed to inform the society about its work and to encourage scientific talent among young students.
