The newspaper “ABC” covers the launch of the “IRB Barcelona Futur” PhD fellowship, which will allow a young student to kick-start a scientific career by undertaking a 4-year doctoral thesis at IRB Barcelona. The positive public response to the "Futur" fundraising campaign launched towards the end of 2016 sets the stage for a new IRB Barcelona PhD fellowship.
The Institute also announced that #IRBFutur is to become a permanent initiative to channel donations from those who expressly wish to support young researchers.
