Article in “Expansión” devoted to Catalan biotechs and a ranking based on investments received. Inbiomotion, founded by IRB Barcelona scientist Roger Gomis, is in fourth place in this ranking. Iproteos, a spin-off set up by Teresa Tarragó and Ernest Giralt, also figures on this list. Inbiomotion specializes in developing biomarkers to predict bone metastasis, while Iproteos is devoted to the development of drugs for treat diseases of the central nervous system.

About IRB Barcelona
The Institute for Research in Biomedicine (IRB Barcelona) pursues a society free of disease.
