Several media channels echo the biomedicine course "Crazy about biomedicine" for first-year baccalaureate students that will be given at IRB Barcelona during 2013. The course is supported by the “Fundació CatalunyaCaixa”. The success of the call highlights the needs and opportunity to promote training programmes to boost scientific vocation among young people.

The Institute for Research in Biomedicine (IRB Barcelona) pursues a society free of disease.
